Guest guest
I want to thank all of you who answered my query. A couple of you I need to answer in a private email but will need to do that later as I've a raging headache and don't want to be in front of the pooter much. when someone mentioned the word " anti-oxidants " one thing popped into my head immediately, yet no one else has mentioned it. TOMATOES! I myself didn't think of them either until anti-oxidants was mentioned. It's my understanding (and PLEASE correct me if I'm delusional) that tomatoes are a very potent source. What could be simpler? And boy am I into simple. K -- Cheers! Kathleen Petrides The Woobey Queen Http://www.woobeyworld.com
Guest guest
K - Just think " bright colors " in fruits & veggies, and you'll get plenty of antioxidants. Tomatoes, dark greens, blueberries (most all berries, actually), carrots.... A colorful plate is good for you! -- Melissa Bell Knoxville, TN
