Guest guest
This is what concerns me about people panicking over global warming. Now, my comments have nothing to do about whether it's real or not; nor whether if it IS real, if it is the result of man's actions. My concern has been the taxation of the issue to " take care of things " , including - heaven forbid, a global tax. Now, here's an article by the Financial Times, reputable outfit. They are essentially saying that all this carbon trading stuff is not just a scam, but a government-sponsored scam. Why am I not surprised? Once again, how all of this is approached is very important and should not be rushed into -- if we do indeed invest dollars, we need to make sure they are going towards something that is real. Healthy skepticism is in order. http://www.ft.com/cms/s/99ce494e-f45b-11db-88aa-000b5df10621.html Dede
