Guest guest
I have an opportunity to buy fresh duck and goose eggs from a small local family farm. I've always heard these eggs have a distinctly different taste from chicken eggs - stronger/bolder - not for everyone's palate and they have a higher yolk to white ratio. Could use some feedback and use suggestions. Thanks, Deb
Guest guest
We loved our duck eggs we got from our duck. I mainly used them for baking but they were good for just cokking to eat too. Just try them yourself and see what ya think...you might like'em;o) Loree in ID I have an opportunity to buy fresh duck and goose eggs from a small local family farm.
