Guest guest
We who practice aromatherapy and/or natural perfumery avoid synthetics for many reasons. We also know that some natural aromatics may be problematic themselves,at different times, for different reasons, on different people. I truly believe that the proliferation of synthetic fragrances in everything from laundry detergent to talcum powder to room sprays is overloading the human system, so I avoid them. I don't proselytize, I just do what I do and am happy for my decision. The fact that naturals just smell so much better to me is an added bonus. This following report is posted to spread the latest word on research and the facts they found about the synthetic musks we've discussed here before. http://pubs.acs.org//journals/esthag-w/2007/apr/science/bb_musk.html of Natural Perfume Artisan Natural Perfumers Guild http://ArtisanNaturalPerfumers.org Natural Perfumers Community Group Natural Perfumery Blog http://AnyasGarden.Blogspot.com/
