Guest guest
after that mind boggling reply, I of course went and checked it out and while the numbers vary a bit, it does appear to be correct (no offense Graham, I ALWAYS do a double check on " wild " information that intrests me). WHOA! But one thing I did find out while doing a check was.... an argument for free range that I haven't seen before. According to what I read, Free Range birds have a higher Omega 3 content than locked up birds. So next time the chicken activists want to speak up for the birds, perhaps they should mention THAT one. People tend to sit up and pay more attention when it affects " number one " . ;-) That's a great argument to present to " Himself " next time he has to hose the chicken " detritus " off the deck!
