Play with it, modify it for your needs, and have some delightfully rosy fun! *Smile* Chris (list mom) Organic Rose Hydrosol SALE Don't Even THINK You're Gonna Find It So Inexpensive Again! http://www.alittleolfactory.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ True Organic Rose Hair Conditioner (Creme Rinse) Makes 400 grams w/o fragrance 19 grams Emulsifying Wax 16 grams Conditioning Emulsifier (such as Croda's Incroquat BTMS) 4 grams T-50 (Mixed tocopherols Vit E oil) 4 grams Unrefined Rosehip Seed Oil 4 grams Babassu Seed oil 334 grams Organic Alba or Damascena Rose Hydrosol 4 grams Silk Amino Acids 4 grams dl-Panthenol 1 gram Allantoin 4 grams Crodamol STS (can also use Cylclomethicone or Dimethicone) 4 grams Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein 1 gram Silk Powder (reserve small amt of oil to dissolve in) 1 gram Germall Plus (powder) or preservative of choice - use appropriate percentage For a stronger scent add up to 1 tsp fragrance (drops of Rose Otto blended with Rose Geranium is very nice) Notes: ~Heat Rose Hydrosol and Silk Amino Acids to 165F. Take off heat. Add dl Panthenol and Allantoin when water has slightly cooled. ~When measuring oils, keep out a small amt to dissolve silk powder. Set aside. Heat remainder of oil and emulsifiers until melted. ~ Slowly add oils/emulsifier to water phase. (Be sure Allantoin and dl Panthenol has dissolved first. ) Zap with blender. ~Add Crodamol , Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, and Silk Powder. Zap with stick blender. ~When cooled, add Germall Plus.
