I expect that is a bit like Mountain Dew back home .. good it is if

the maker is reliable .. but most folks can't find the makers so they

buy the store bought Moonshine .. which is not bad either.

When I get real settled I'm gonna first try to cook up a batch of

Gentleman Jack .. that requires double filtration through charcoal.

Problem is you gotta wait at least 8 years to drink it .. but long as

Jack Daniels has some in his warehouse that is already aged .. I

reckon I can be patient that long. ;-)

 

Actually .. it'll probably not be a Guild per se .. more like a small,

select group of connasoirs who appreciate fine sippin' whiskey. ;-)
