Room reservations for the at sunconference

Passing on the latest information from Christina about the rooms at the

hotel. Please remember that there are only a limited amount of rooms

available so if you are interested in joining us and staying in the same

hotel, you need to sign up fairly quickly. - K

 

Hi there,

 

The reservations at the Ramada are in place. We received a block of

rooms, each with their own confirmation numbers. A confirmation

number will be sent to each of the people on the Attendee List, and I

will keep a list of who has which number.

 

Please call the Ramada and give them the confirmation number listed

in the email. They will change the name on the reservation from AT

SunConference to your name, securing the reservation with your credit

card.

 

Then you will be all set.....

 

We have extra rooms in our block, and anyone is welcome to join our

group. Just add your name to the Attendee List on the group site,

and send me an email, so I know to get back to you with a

confirmation number.
