Guest guest
I take a couple of cups and add to a simple syrup recipe, letting the leaves infuse in the hot water, removing them, then adding the sugar. Guest guest
OH, Chris. My favorite. Is add it to vanilla Ice cream. If you make your own type of " Ice cream " I think I read some where that you do because the kiddos etc. Organic milk etc. It's a wonderful addition if you like spearmint like I do.. I also use the chocolate mint to make tea with, and occasionally make a bath tea with it. I use it in abundance when I have it. Like I've heard say... Your men and your chocolate can never be too rich. I use that theory with my mints. I also share my mint when I get too many " runners " to take care of them all. Yes if I could I would populate the worlds weed fields. (not hemp fields, but those unsightly over grown abandoned lawns that are hanging out in every town.) I'd also start educating people on what exactly grows in their back yard that they can use for medicinal purposes... Cause those are a gold mine... When you get past the fact that a lot of herbs are invasive... Then you see the wonders that something like " dollar weed " has in it... Jennifer Oh and for those that don't know the word MOJITO is a no no... (especially when referring to people.) It means little wetback. Guest guest
We like a non-alcoholic version...We call it a " No Heat-O " : Lime (squeeze in a glass), mint leaves (handful), ice, a slosh of apple juice (less than 1/4 of glass), and sparkling water. You can use iced tea, instead of sparking water, for a delicious variation. Cheers, Christina
