Growing in my Garden Now Zuchinni

For something other than stuffed zuchinni.... this is one thing my mom

would always make... you wouldn't believe that there is zucchini in it!

If you insist on stuffed zucchini... just make a spicy meatloaf mix,

crumble and brown it in the frypan, add a touch of tomato sauce to bind

it and stuff the zucchini with that, covered with foil and baked at 350d

F until tender.

The flowers are also quite a delicacy in themselves.

They can be done in tempura, and even stuffed/filled with

cottage/cream/boccochini, perhaps add some herbs and such, yum.
