[Dave]: Thanks for posting these. As a soapmaker myself, who is also

working on a book on the subject of herbal soapmaking and history, I find

the approaches of others interesting. Most of what she says I agree with

and use pretty much the same procedures. There were a few things I thought

were misleading, which I won't go into unless someone here is interested in

learning to make soap. I think we have a couple of other soapers here,

besides making soap, I also teach soap making classes thru the adult Ed

dept of a local school district. Misleading ?? I would never use these

instructions or recommend them to a new soap maker

[Dave]: Thanks, Paula! I saw those first thing this morning and knew I

wouldn't have time to really examine them before going off to work. But

even a quick read-through told me the recipes were all wrong.
