Hey Woobey Lady,

 

The list mama says its cool!

 

Happy Summer Solstice all. I've been too busy for words. Work as usual

and then my older son (7) is out of school for the season, so the summer

activities for the kids are going strong - which means mom gets to run

around town like crazy *lol*.

 

I just got home from their swim lessons (and my hour's worth of laps

Time to make lunch and get back to work - before we head out to my son's

Tae Kwon Do class in a few hours (its at my gym, so I get 40 minute

uphill brisk walk on the treadmill I'm gonna be ALL in shape for

seeing y'all in Austin! *lol*

of 59 - not as good as a runner's, but it is definitely getting lower
