Guest guest
That's all well and good, but providing you are taking Echinacea at the recommended doses. Your body will, over time, become acclimated (sp?) to it and like some drugs, you will have to keep adjusting the dosage or even stop it for a few months. I remember in the 90s when people were " chugging " it like juice and it wasn't doing anything to prevent or treat their colds, including me, which led me to start learning about the proper and responsible uses for natural products. I personally just prefer using EO and vitamins which has served my immune system much better.
