Guest guest
I've salt-cured basil with good success. What you do is take a container, a good-sized one (I have a glass box I like to use), lay a thin layer of salt in the bottom, then lay a layer of basil, add salt just to cover, then more basil, and repeat til you're either out of basil or out of room. Guest guest
Another great use of sweet basil is to crush fresh leaves in your hands and rub on your body where ever the mosquitoes are attacking. It's a great repellent. Serra <serrathescented wrote: TV dinner still cooling? Check out " Tonight's Picks " on TV.
