Migraines and Sinus Pressure Info - Just My Two Cents

By all means please take this for what it worth becuase it's just my

experience and my opinion.

 

I suffer from cluster headaches and sinus pressure. I have done all

types of remedies, EOs, herbs, blah blah. Sometimes they work and

sometimes they don't, it's a crap shoot and based on a window of

time in regards to the headaches and sinuses.

 

I have my second degree Reiki and even have taken a Healing Touch

Level 1 class. I've been doing energy healing since '91. I've

found that using energy healing relieves the headaches and the

sinuses almost immediately or after a few sessions. Since I'm very

sensitive to atmospheric pressure and other external energies going

on with the planet, even certain full moons send me reeling like a

wild animal at times. I've found that for me, this is why material

medicines do not work on my problems, including the Bach Flower

Therapies or Essential Oils on this problem.

 

If the headaches and sinus pressures are due to an illness like

colds or flu, the material medicines work like herbals and essential

oils, OTC drugs and so on.

 

If you find you cannot find any remedies that are doing the job, you

might want to try getting some energy healing work done or getting

certified in Reiki or Healing Touch. It makes a world of a

difference. My sinuses have been popping like crazy in the morning

because I have been using the energy work on it.

 

So again, take it for what its worth.
