If I > forget and just take two pills/day, Hi Autumn I just responded to Kathleen as well. My Doc recommended the Petasites 50mg 2 times daily as well, but I haven't been able to find it. I have had great success with the B2 and Magnesium but will definitely look it up, and get some. Nothing like fearing another crashing migraine! you may want to talk to your doc about the Magnesium/B2 protocol as well. Best wishes to you for painfree mornings!
