Dear NP group members:

 

For the newbies here, I'm Anya, the list mom for this group.

I've been a commercial natural perfumer for over 15 years,

and have a few decades experience with natural aromatics.

 

Over the years, I have had many write me or post on this

group asking where they can take natural perfumery classes.

I feel there is a need for an online class where students from

all around the world can get some good, solid basic natural

perfumery instruction.

 

CLASSES:

 

The classes will be held online, and the syllabus and various

elements of the class are still being worked out.

High-speed internet access *may* be necessary for

the classes. Doesn't matter where you live, Singapore or Sweden, you

can be in the Introductory class. Proposed start of class: September

1st, 2007

 

The class will prepare you for Intermediate and Graduate levels.

 

There is a 10% discount on the web prices for anyone on this group or

in the Guild. Just mention it when you write and I'll invoice you at

the reduced rate.

 

Please write me to get on the list as a student, and if you wish,

sign up for the newsletter on my website.

 

(This ad will run all summer - many have already signed up for the

class already - and signing up will not mean you have to take the

class. I'm using the sign up to get an idea of how many are

interested and to be able to keep them informed as we move closer to

the date. I am still working on the book, syllabus, kits, online

details, etc., and cannot quote a price for the course yet. I will

let you all know when it is all figured out.)

Spas, hotels and private labels companies have turned to me to

work with them as they develop natural perfumes and body care lines.
