I am planning on getting naturally grown Red Palm Oil (Elaeis

guineensis) and may also get some naturally grown Palm Oil RBD. It

will depend on the interest.

Hi Pat,

 

Not Chris, but here goes:

 

Palm Oil is extracted from the kernel or the fruit (or both however

one looks at it ). The best way I can explain it is -- if you can

imagine an orange avocado -- the part of avocado that is edible would

be the palm fruit and the seed would be the palm kernel.

 

I will be getting the palm fruit oil with naturally occurring

tocopherol and tocotrienol.
