UPDATE: date change, class size limit -- AD: Natural Perfumery Consulting and Online Classes

For the newbies here, I'm Anya, the list mom for the NP group and

Natural Perfumery Guild Director. If you're reading this on Chris' group

OHE, I'm a longtime member here and Chris will vouch for me ;-)

I've been a commercial natural perfumer for over 15 years,

and have a few decades experience with natural aromatics.

 

Over the years, I have had many write me or post on this

group asking where they can take natural perfumery classes.

I feel there is a need for an online class where students from

all around the world can get some good, solid basic natural

perfumery instruction.

 

CLASSES:

 

The classes will be held online, and the syllabus and various

elements of the class are still being worked out.

High-speed internet access *may* be necessary for

the classes. Doesn't matter where you live, Singapore or Sweden, you

can be in the Introductory class. Proposed start of class: October 1,

2007. It was originally planned for Sept. 1, but many reminded me of

the USA holiday Labor Day, start of school for children, and general

hectic schedules at the beginning of September.

 

The class is filling up! I am going to have to limit it to 20 students.

 

The class will prepare you for Intermediate and Graduate levels.

 

There is a 10% discount on the web prices for anyone on this group or

in the Guild. Just mention it when you enroll and I'll invoice you at

the reduced rate.

(This ad will run all summer - many have already signed up for the

class already - and signing up will not mean you have to take the

class. I'm using the sign up to get an idea of how many are

interested and to be able to keep them informed as we move closer to

the date. I am still working on the book, syllabus, kits, online

details, etc., and cannot quote a price for the course yet. I will

let you all know when it is all figured out.)
