Guest guest
Morning all, I've been using essential oils in my cooking for years. Part of the various problems people can have is the dosage level they are using. Love a drop of bay leaf and coriander oil in meaty dishes. Rose Geranium in a rice pudding is lovely. Again it is dosage. I have peppermint, spearmint and myrhh in my bicarb tooth powder. Keeps the mouth fresh and stops some other problems. If I need to use it for reflux, the peppermint is calming. Again, always check your dosage/dropper amount. Ah, yes, tumeric oil in rice as saffron is very expensive. (I also use the tumeric as a styptic in a venous ulcer blend).
