Hi, I'm just reposting this as I haven't seen it come through in a few

days so sorry if it repeats. After talking about the manufacturing

processes required by the FDA I was wondering-does anyone care or are

there any requlations regarding the FORMULATION of products? For

instance, does the product maintain the correct ph level for that type

of product, is the product non-comedogenic, are the raw ingredients

used at appropriate percentages, etc. Are crafters' formulations

totally up to them even if they don't have a clue or care to have one

as to the individual ingredients' possible cautions and therefore it's

" buyer beware " ? Does the FDA only get involved if the seller makes

some sort of medical claim as to the product's abilities? Thanks, Susan
