ADMIN NOTICE: AD Day Requirements for Vendors

To advertise on AD DAY, which is every week on Thursdays, the Oils

Herbs Etc group has the revised criteria for vendors:

1. You must have an established business, properly registered in your

state and/or country with any and all applicable operational licenses

in place.

2. You must have been in business more than two years (this is part of

being established).

3. You must provide three references of satisfied customers whom we

can contact.

4. You must be a participant in the group, adding information to this

community.

5. You must have a website where these goods are listed and/or a brick

and mortar store front that is open to the public with regular

established hours.

6. You must advertise only natural products. No synthetic raw

materials(including synthetic aromatics and/or synthetic chemicals)

and/or products laden with synthetic ingredients, are allowed to be

posted for sale on this list. This applies to those with synthetics on

other webpages of their site other than the one the AD points to.

7. You must register first with the moderators of this group and

submit the necessary requirements listed above as well as full contact

information (name, address, phone, etc ..).

Standard disclaimer must be at the top of every AD (found in the group

Files section).

Must have AD in the subject line

Moderators will not edit or ask you to resubmit if you AD doesn't meet

these requirements, it will simply be deleted without warning.

If you have posted ADs in the past, please write to

-owner to confirm the criteria above.

Many of you are known and trusted vendors, and the requirements will

be quickly reviewed, and some exceptions allowed (eg, provide

satisfied customer info.)
