Guest guest
Hey guys, I work at the library of a large university, with electronic access to a ton of scientific journals. We don't have a medical school here, but we do offer masters degrees in Biology, Chemistry, and Biochem, and have a doctoral program in Nursing, so we have most of the less-specialized medical journals as well. So here's what I propose: if anyone has a specific article on essential oils that they're interested in reading, just let me have the citation and I'll email you a copy of the article (if we have access to that journal). I'd need the author's name, article title, journal title, and at least a rough idea of the date of publication. Email me off-list so we don't clog up people's mailboxes, but I'm sure the rest of us would be interested in hearing about whatever you learn from the article itself! A lot of good has been happening to me lately, and I'm thinking more and more about ways I can " pay it forward " so this is one thing I figured I could do for this list. I'll be acting like the inter-library loan department, without you all having to go through your public libraries, and each article will go to an individual patron, so I'm not worried about ethical concerns over copyright or licensing agreements (though you would have to agree not to post the article somewhere, or sell copies of it). And I'll do it in my off hours, so I'm not worried about " stickin' it to the man " (my university) either! Hope you all have a great weekend!
