Guest guest
Well, short example here as I'm in a big hurry... Today, with Eucalyptus, I'm going to use Rosemary as a steamer to try and unblock sinus' and ears... Darn things got impacted since going over a very high pass yesterday... Hearing is not as it should be, and the rest is uncomfortable to bordering on painful at times. Guest guest
Kathleen, You won't fall asleep after that application! * I keep Rosemary Cineol in the car with me for any not-so-alert drives. * Keep the same stuff at the office - and it's surprising how often I use it. My " Get Moving " Blend is something like: Rosemary, Rose Geranium, and a bit of citrus. It's great for long trips to the market. I just checked, and Rosemary was an " Herb of the Week " previously, so there is a good lot of great info on the page, under files. Check it out at: http://health.HERBS/Rosemary/ Cheers, Christina

Guest guest
Hmmmmm . . . I am thinking a rosemary EO soy candle in a USB diffuser at work would be WONDERFUL. If I have a minute tonight, I will make me one up and try it out tomorrow. Those sleep afternoons at the office might be a thing of the PAST!! -Helen
