Okay... I had this thought.... Let's see what your favorites are and the

ones you really don't like.... This is for fun and my curiosity... in other

words, I want to see if there is any commonalities between likes and

dislikes... I'll go first. Oh, how about we limit it to three of each.

 

Likes: Sandalwood, rose and Litsea cubeba

 

Dislikes: Lavender, Catnip and tea tree

Likes or (LOVES): Most mints, sandal wood, myrrh.

 

DISLIKES: PATCHOULI, VETIVERT, Tea tree.

 

(Patchouli has made me pass out 2 times. due to anaphylaxis.) 1 time I

didn't know it was patchouli and someone whipped it out in front of me and

the first time, It was worn by a friend of mine and he gave me a great big

hug. It's quite a debilitating scent for me up close.

Love: helichrysum, neroli, english chamomile

 

Ick: ylangylang, (most) geraniums, valerian

 

Interesting: I remembered not liking myrtle, and went to resmell it before

putting it on the list. Now I like it! Wonder what changed in the past

couple of years, the oil, or my sense of smell?

I love spanish marjoram, rose, and a bit of lavender.

 

I don't have enough experience to dislike much more than geranium.

Ylang,vanilla,Myrhh,orange,Wintergreen,Eucalyptus,Lavender

Clary Sage,Blue Tansy and Tea tree
