As someone who doesn't love to workout, but enjoys the benefit of doing

so a few times a week (and lives next to the fattest city in the US, but

lives in the fittest city in TX) .. I feel that this article is serious

food for thought!

 

Is being lazy really worth the only shot at life that you know you get?

I mean, even if you're into the theory of reincarnation, its not proven,

its just a concept, this is the only totally PROVEN life that you get!

Isn't it worth it to make the best of it and be the best you can be,

including taking care of and loving your body?
