Guest guest
Howdy Marlen, Butch I got my Rose Oil OH MY GOD > Being as I read from top to bottom and answer as I read .. I'm hoping this means .. it pleases you. ;-) I'm permanently glued to the bottle. > Sorry .. I told Margaret to make sure all that danged glue we spilled was removed from the bottles prior to shipping. ;-) I know from buying from you your stuff is good, but this is out of this > world. > Thank you ma'am .. now I am beginning to really enjoy this note. :-) I took a bit for personal use and some to age and the rest will go > retail... > I hear you .. I have some 2006 crop Rose Absolute .. and some 2005 and 2006 crop Rose Otto .. that will ONLY be sold at Retail .. no chance of anyone getting it at Wholesale. Same goes for my 2005 Mysore Sandalwood and 2005 Patchouli .. only Retail .. and some I am stashing for myself. ;-) My warehouse neighbor makes flower arrangements and he saves me > the rose petals which he discards which are actually really nice. But > for his use they are not perfect and I made some bath salts which > I plan to use as soon as my honey gets home and the kids are in bed :-) > Great it is and I am sure they will appreciate your efforts. THANKS, THANKS, THANKS :-) :-) :-) > Welcome you are for sure and I certainly thank you and all the other folks who jumped on the band wagon for that Special Buy. :-) There was a discussion on another list regarding a seller who offered 10 ml of Absolute for $26 .. some said it couldn't be done .. but in fact, it can be done if one purchases the lowest quality, lowest priced Rose Absolute out and about .. that is Russian. But then the feller compared the per gram cost of what he purchased from me .. 4 oz ( 113.396 grams) for $290 .. and found that his per gram price was $2.56 per gram .. which would put the cost of the higher quality Turkish Rose Absolute in the range of the lower quality Russian. I explained that .. one could not purchase 10 grams or 10 milliliters of quality Turkish or Bulgarian Rose Absolute from me or anyone else for such a low price .. Retail. The price per gram (or milliliter) goes down as the volume goes up .. sorta like buying milk in a supermarket. The Rose Absolute Sale was a Special Sale that allowed folks who are not sellers (which is the requirement to purchase from my Wholesale link) to purchase at wholesale prices .. actually it was below my normal wholesale price. The reason for this was because it was a Quick Buy .. I had a chance to pick up 5 kilos when there had been none available .. from a distiller who has been a close friend since around 1995 .. but I had like 7 days to crap or get off the pot as he had other buyers for it. Considering that my Mama didn't raise no fools, I decided that I needed to sell all of this product now .. fast .. and take far less than normal profit because a little bit of something is worth a helluva lot more than a lotta nothing. So I did it .. and it all sold .. and everybody (the distiller, me and the buyers) are smiling. :-) But .. Retail is a horse of a different color .. when a seller invests tens of thousands of dollars in stock they must either sell it fast for a lower profit .. or sit on it for a while if its a Retail sale. When we sit on an investment we make nothing .. so we gotta recoup that loss in some manner. Thus, small Retail sales will always be higher in cost than the more rapid larger Wholesale sales. Plus .. when I sell Wholesale to sellers I need to leave room for them to make a profit .. and I also have to watch their Retail sites closely to avoid selling Retail at a lower price than they do .. to do otherwise would be unfair to my Wholesale buyers. I am truly sorry for those who did not take advantage of this Quick Buy .. there is none left now and I have had to refuse a few folks. :-( When I make an offer for a Special Buy on something .. folks who have known me for a long time normally just pitch right in and buy whatever I'm selling ... without giving it a second thought. My Mama also didn't raise no Humble younguns. ;-) Marlen > Thank you ma'am for the nice note and happy I am that you are happy. I am sure that there will be no buyers who are not happy because this was a fine product for an exceptionally low price. Y'all have a good weekend .. and keep smiling. :-) Butch .. http://www.AV-AT.com .. Wholesale/Retail GC Tested EO and Rose Products ..
