efficacy of chamomile oil versus flowers?

Hi!

I have a recipe for a face scrub that calls for chamomile oil. I don't

have any on hand, but have lots of dried chamomile flowers. Will they

do the same in a pinch?

[Dave]: I think you'd find them too scrubby. You could infuse chamomile

into a carrier oil and use that, but that takes longer than buying the oil.
