Guest guest
I just transcribed a dictation where in the parents used a lavender soap on a baby and it caused a rash... They stopped. It went away... They started using the soap again and it returned. so how many people would keep using this on their baby no matter how good it is at putting their baby to sleep? Guest guest
I think there is lavender soap and lavender soap...! I would not trust the commercial one. Most likely it has fragrance rather than the EO in it. Neither my kids or I can use Dial soap, it gives us rashes... However, that said. I can't tolerate all lavenders either, no rash, but asthma.. Guest guest
Sadly a lot of times they may not even realise it is the soap. They may think its their detergent or just the baby having a rash with no cause (yea right) Jen Version: 7.5.503 / Virus Database: 269.15.16/1102 - Release 10/31/2007 4:38 PM
Guest guest
Hi Jennifer, I'm not using anything on my kid if it gives them a rash! That just seems like common sense, isn't it?!?!? I wonder if it was real lavender, real soap (as opposed to a commercial detergent bar) and even it if was real lavender and the kiddo wasn't reacting well to it .. then I'd stop using it, at least on the skin at the very least!!!
