Hi Ien,

 

Isn't his show great?!?! For anyone who hasn't seen it and gets the

Travel Channel on cable/satellite .. check it out!!! He is a NYC chef

who travels the globe in search of good food and good company! It is

fantastic!

 

Ms. Nikie from After The Rayne turned me onto it, and .. well .. the

surly old Nu Yawkuh goyl that I am, who worked in the restaurant

industry there, and loves to travel around, eating my way across the

world, just loves it!

He has a few books out, too, Kitchen Confidential being the best of them

IMHO.

It's outrageous and hilarious and witty and sad and funny, all at the

same time.

I highly recommend it (no, I don't get paid for advertising!).
