Guest guest
I have to say, I'm glad I have finally entered ther era of the 10 year old and above toys. The kids usually have a hobby or sport that they are really involved in. Our xbox died last year, and because of Bill Gates plannede obsolescense, you can't easily get fixed. I told my darling kids the next video gaming system was on them. when they priced it, they decided it just wasn't that important! My daughter loves anything horses, real or pretend. she'll be getting Breyer horses to go with the HUGE stable barn she bought with her birthday money. We have a wood working friend that builds them, beautiful! Along with some great Newberry and Caldecott winner books, horse stories of course! Along with new jeans and halfchaps, she's taken care of. Except she wants some Japanese Cherry Blossom liquid soap from Bath & Body works, (Gag me!) Says 'This exotic fragrance is a sensuous blend of Japanese cherry blossom, vanilla rice (What is this?),oriental woods, and delicate mimosa petals...spare me! Anybody got a liquid soap that has naturals that might come close. Chris I just read the Sexy soap note..that is my son, he LOVES the smell of pumpkin. He made his own pie last week, with extra spice, and spent more time smelling it than eating it. He's 15, and loves history, particularly antique weaponry. So he's easy, history books, and an antique sword. I bow my head to you all with younger ones, but have to say, over the years, bikes, sleds, big boxes to make into castles, and forts, have really gone over well in our house.
