Guest guest
Dear Group, Hi there! I've been down with an ear/gland infection that nothing seemed to kick. I tried all of my big guys with not much success. Then I remembered the new eos that I had purchased at the Allilance of International Aromatherapists Conference in Denver last month. They were Katrafar, Fragonia, and several other new to me Australian eos. By the way the conference was a Clinical Aromatherapy Conference and was awesome. I met Debroah Havorsham from Washington State. Was anyone else from the group there? Now back to by problem of the ear. It was throbbing so bad that I had to use ice and peppermint eo diluted to get any relief from the pain before I remembered to try the Katrafar. (I had already used oregano, tea tree, clove, cinnamon, etc. with little success.) However, when I applied the Katrafar eo dilute around the area with Helichrysum eo added to it, I started immediately getting pain relief. My fever went down shortly thereafter and I began to feel better. The Australians are bringing out some new eos now which appear to be great for fighting all types of infections whether viral or bacterial as well as for pain. The Katrafar has impressed me. I'm still out on the Fragonia eo until I have had more time to play with it. Dr. Penol, who was at the conference, has done several studies and appears to be impressed. Dr. Penol is from France and has been working with eos long before most of us even knew what they were. He is very knowledgeable and will talk to you on eos all day long. Also, I got to meet Robert Tisserand, Dr. Peter Holmes, and a number of other people that I have wanted to meet for years. Has anyone else on this list worked with Katrafar and Fragonia eos? If so, how about your imput? I would like to know more about these eos and if they are worth the money. They appear to be moderately priced but with the markets fluctuating this may change. We talk about oregano, lavender, helichrysum, and the other normal eos all the time, so why don't we talk for a while on eos that we don't normally work with but are interested in learning about? Thought that I would just ask. Take care and have a wonderful weekend!
