Guest guest
I have just recently found out that I am expecting my second child, do any of you know what the verdict is with diffusing essential oils? I have been experiencing some depression and know that topical use is not at all recommended... I would do anything to have at least the ability to diffuse at this point. Any ideas? Thanks, Tammy
Guest guest
Hey Tammy There is no evidence to suggest that using Eo's during pregnancy is harmful. However, having said that.... it's a matter of comfort zoning. If you're not comfortable using them on your body then don't do it. I never used oils in my first trimester. Simply because I was paranoid. If I were to get pregnant again (and Gods forBID), I still wouldn't use them in my first trimester. It goes past the boundries of my comfort level. I wouldn't even sniff them (except for peppermint) until the second. However, if you like oils, are comfortable with using them, then use them. As I said, there is no evidence anywhere to suggest that they are harmful. So diffuse away and enjoy. K On 11/20/07, Tammy <twytry wrote: > > . > > > -- Cheers!
