Guest guest
Hi Marge, Your mention of the santalum album reminded me (in a woody way to add to my list a (non Cites List) variety of Agarwood (Aquilaria filaria) I got earlier this year from Sumatra. I've never experienced such a wonderful leathery dry down in a natural oil. While putting together some holiday gift sets, I opened the box of soap I made with Agarwood, and via the olfactory memory, I was instantly transported to a leather shop Those fine wood oils sure are something else! You've got me curious about that lavender CO2! Some of the CO2's are so darn delicious! I got a sample of a cardamom that smelled just like I just accidentally bit into one of those pungent pods hiding in my plate of biryani! *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.czluxe.com http://www.alittleolfactory.com , Marge Clark <marge wrote: > > > Santalum album from Sri Lanka.... the 2006 distillation, without any > aging, is at least the equal of our 2002 Tamil Sandalwood. > > and Atlas CedarLeaf oil... from Morocco... the ultimate bright evergreen > needle oil... > > and Lavender CO2 extracted... lovely floral Lavender... much more floral > than any steam distilled I've ever experienced. > > > Over 12 years online supplying Aromatherapy and Healthcare Professionals > Essential Oils, Hydrosols, Accessories, Hard to find Books and Videos > <http://www.naturesgift.com>
