Guest guest
I don't know about scarring acne but you can us preparation H on acne. I used to use it on mine and I never worried about the acne it was gone. I had a friend who had it really bad and nothing worked for her so I put some in a plastic container and she cleared up in a week. She stopped using it when I told her what it was. My Grandma always had it for her hemoroids. But she said it didn't work well for them, so I put it on a zit one day and by the next day it was gone. I have treated teens a lot with this issure. Cathy The very best essential oil to treat acne is tea tree essential oil. It liquefies puss, kills bacteria and yeast. I have seen tea tree work wonders on all forms of acne. Other essential oils that are good for acne are lavender, roman and german chamomile and bergamot. Be careful to not allow the area to get overly dry or the skin will increase sebum production to try to make up for it. Essential oils that need to be applied in a base can be applied in jojoba oil. Tea tree and lavender can both be applied directly to the skin. Another ingredient that I have witness great results from is charcoal. We have it in our Break-Out Buster Cleanser because of the amazing properties of charcoal. It absorbs toxins, chemicals and pollution. Other great ingredients include mustard powder, turmeric and vinegar for acne. They can added to a dry masque or in a one time use masque for great results. Kayla Fioravanti, R.A. Guest guest
I tried many different EOs singly and in combination. None of them worked. I saw somebody else suggested Prep H. I tried that also to no avail. I make a lotion with an herbal infusion, oils, and EOs. It has worked great for me as well as my daughter, nephew (whose acne is on his chest and back) and many other customers. Contact me if you would like to try some. Guest guest
Kayla.. You mentioned turmeric and vinegar for acne.. Would this be applied directly to the face in a mixture of just these 2 items? I hear turmeric is GREAT for the face...I guess i have been hesitant because of the color..
