Marge gave you some lovely blends.....

I would like to add that when I was dealing with loss, I found these EO's

especially helpful:

Rose Otto - My constant companion, helped me feel whole. I sniffed this

straight from the bottle, several times a day.

Bergamot - This was uplifting and helped get me through the day. I wore

this on my collar, or on aroma jewelry.

Lemon - The depression drained a lot of energy from me, this helped me feel

as though I had a little. I either wore this on my clothes - or drank lemon

tea while drinking lemon-squeezed water (from the fruit).

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

Christina

Thanks Marge and Christina... I hope this helps... Would u say the

best way to get the effects of these oils for this purpose is

directly...Would I be losing the benefits, if I put them in a Scrub

or Body butter?
