Guest guest
Hi all, I should of thought to ask for your thoughts sooner but I am a nursing student looking for a good web-site to explain how black cohosh helps with dysmenorrhea. It can be another type of herb other than black cohosh. Thank you, Belinda
Guest guest
Belinda, as a student in the health care field you probably should get used to getting your information from PubMed which I consider directly from the source rather than from various other websites which may or may not be hearsay. Black Cohosh may not be all its cracked up to be. Studies have shown contradictory results and liver problems have been reported. Here is the link to abstracts on PubMed: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez Cindy Jones Sagescript Institute, llc http://www.sagescript.com; http://sagescript.blogspot.com Microbiology, Herbal Distillate, Education > > I should of thought to ask for your thoughts sooner but I am a nursing > student looking for a good web-site to explain how black cohosh helps > with dysmenorrhea.
