Guest guest
Where is your government reference for this statement: Because an essential oil is classified as Pure does not necessarily mean it is of the highest quality. Pure means the oil hasn't been mixed with another essential oil. However, it may have been mixed with a carrier oil. In the United States, you are only required to have 5% of the essential oil in the bottle to label it Pure. Julia - Kathy Thursday, January 31, 2008 8:07 AM AD-What are Essential Oils? Guest guest
Beware, looks like a Young Living clone to me to me. Their web site claims are full of gross inacuracies. Can someone tell me where in the Bible there is mention of essential oils? They also sell very dangerous oils without any warnings such as cinnamon bark. Guest guest
I was under the impression that steam distillation resulting in essential oils wasn't invented until the 11th century by that Avicenna guy. So they didn't even exist in biblical times. Did I miss a memo or something? Guest guest
From what I understand Mr. Held founded this company after becoming aware of the con job GY was doing. He was a distributor for YL but decided to start his own company which operates as a non profit. The oils are excellent - no carriers as someone mentioned. I too am a previous YLer who got ripped off to the tune of about $4000- so I really do not want to go through the whole YL arguement here. This is definately no clone. Guest guest
Yes, you missed a whole bunch of memos. You need to get out more and listen to folk who have received their " education " from YL-ers. ;-) One of the biggest lies they like to spread around is the " bible oil " garbage. That and RD (Rain Drop) are their biggest hooks for getting new folk hooked into their nonsense. Guest guest
>This is definately no clone. Most of the descriptions he gives on both aromatherapy and on the essential oils are replicas of the hogwash he got from Young Living. Therefore as far as I am concerned, if he chooses to propogate that bs then he IS a clone.
