Dear Chris or moderator, Please rule on whether this

is a topic OK for list discussion. I apologize, but

as every now knows, I screwed up and posted my

previous request for a ruling that was supposed to be

private to the list at large. There's a lot more

information on this subject but I don't want to dive

in and get in trouble.

 

Meanwhile anyone wanting to discuss this issue, NAIS

(National Animal ID) or related issues and topics

privately, please feel free to email me privately.
