Aline,

Great advice all around. The website of

my dear friend Dr. Phil Bate has excellent

information on how to do your own research

into allergies and food sensitivities.

I love Dr. Bate, even though I don't agree

with his fondness for fractioned vitamins.

I consider them a more benign kind of drug,

but that is a whole other topic.

Playing with your food, simply experimenting

with good whole clean foods, can be done safely

and effectively without expensive doctor visits

and tests.

You don't need a doctor to stop eating eggs for a

week (yikes, I'd die), keep notes, and see what happens.

It is work and it takes time. But take a look, read

the chapter on allergies, and play with the caveman

diet.

While you are figuring that out, you can't go

wrong with adding probiotics and digestive

enzymes to your diet and even giving small amounts

to your baby..

The best ones come combined with small amounts

of concentrated whole foods that contain co-factors.

I'll advertise them tomorrow, :).

Keep us posted!

Aline,

When my son was little about 2 he started to get Eczema in he bends of his arms

really bad. The allergists told me that because his body was busy trying to

fight off his alleries that it could not break down the lactose in milk or milk

products very well. He never got sick from drinking milk or eating milk products

just got the eczema in the bend of his arms he told me that as he got bigger

that this would go away and it did. So when I would see his arms getting red I

would limit his milk intake and he would be fine. This is just my experience.
