someone sent this to me... asked if our coconut oil would do this for them...

it is NOT a YL site... I'm not giving the link to protect... someone or

other.

now, by 'pure light coconut oil' I would GUESS that she is discussing

fractionated coconut, since I know of no totally natural coconut oil that

is liquid at room temperature...

>A NOTE ABOUT CARRIER OILS: I highly recommend Pure Light Coconut oil as

>the ideal carrier oil for essential oils. Coconut oil is fully metabolized

>by the body and, unlike most oils, not absorbed into the fatty cells and

>tissues of the body, making it an ideal carrier for essential oils to move

>through the fat cells beneath the dermis and into the blood vessels

>serving muscles, etc. As well Pure Light Coconut oil remains liquid at

>room temperature and, because of its light consistency, will not clog skin

>pores, making it suitable to use on sensitive or problem skin.

but... as I read about the coconut oil being applied to the skin, moving

thru the fat cells below the dermis and into the blood vessels...I am...

curious? and is this the way essential oils get into the blood

stream? hmmmmm ;)

Hi, I've been lurking here for quite some time. I love this stuff but

have been so over whelmed with health issues I haven't gotten

involved. I couldn't help but answer this post though.

Coconut oil is a liquid above 78 degree. I buy Organic VCO. Its hard

in the winter an solid but in the summer I pour it like corn oil.
