Hi all,

I have a niece having a baby and just wondering if any one

is will to share some formula's for baby products.

I really don't want her using some of the products that are

on the market.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1 ounce bees wax

1 cup olive oil

Heat together (on low heat) until wax is melted and pour into your clean

jars. This recipe will obviously make you a little over a cup of cream. If

you want less, just cut it into half.

You can add:

10 drops lemon eucalyptus, 20 drops lavender, and 14 drops Roman Chamomile

essential oils.

This can be spread on the chest to help unblock sinus, help to calm and aid

sleep. It's much gentler than the well known over the counter rub that has

been known to cause breathing problems in small children.

You can use the same recipe minus the Lemon Eucalyptus for a cream for

baby's bottom when it gets the dreaded diaper rash.

These are two very mild formulas which I've used with great success on my

kids.

If you mess around with this basic balm recipe, you can make some fantastic

body creams too.

Congrats on the new family additions Sandi!
