Guest guest
Hi all: I'm 69 1/2 years old and I've always hated taking pills for any reason, though I realize that sometimes we just have to. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which I contracted in 1985, but I prefer to tough out the muscle aches, rather than take medicines. I have found that diet has a lot to do with how I feel from day to day though. I pretty much stay away from red meat. That makes a big difference for me. I have discovered that Echinacae tea makes any cold symptoms go away within a day so I haven't had a real cold in many years. My efforts at gardening here in California haven't been very successful because we have geckos and gophers that eat anything green that comes out of the earth and bulbs of any kind. To thwart that, my husband and I built a small greenhouse last fall and for the first time, I'm attempting to grow some food and herbs inside the greenhouse. I planted two types of mint, one flavored with licorice, astralagus, calendula, and bergamot. I have a huge sage bush outside, with large leaves so I don't know for sure if thats the right kind to grow or not. I love that plant though a relative's Mom has a sage plant with smaller leaves than mine. I wasn't aware there was more than one type. Hoping someone can clue me in on that. At this point, I'm planning to hand pollinate all the plants I'm growing, but don't know how successful that will be. This is all new to me. Because of chemtrails (we have lots of them here) I really don't want to grow the plants outside if I don't have to. The orchard bees were removed in their hives yesterday so we'll have a few bees around for a couple weeks and then they die off. In summer we have few bees in the wild to do much pollination. If anyone has any suggestions on how to cope with my gardening situations, I'd sure appreciate it. Meanwhile I'll search for previous messages and see what I can find. Thanks to everyone on the list. I know you all know a whole lot more than I do in this regard. Dee Finney in Central California
