Coconut oil is the one that helps the soap to harden for one and

To give nice suds. Without it the soap will be much softer even

If it has dryed for months. I will check the oils for soapmaking

This afternoon or tomorrow and than email you what I find. Ok?

In frith and love

Betreff: Need hlep with oils

Hello,

I'm trying to make soap with what oils I have on hand and want to know if it

is possible to make a good soap without coconut oil?

These are the oils I have on hand:

Palm Oil (over 3 gallons)

Sweet Almond (1 gallon)

Sesame Seed (1 gallon)

Apricot Kernel oil (less than 1 gallon)

Olive oil (some)

Castor oil

Palm Kernel Flakes

Safflower oil

Hemp oil

Wheat Germ oil

I'd like to avoid having to buy coconut oil, but have been playing with

different combinations on Soap Calc this morning and can't come up with

anything that will give me the minimum number for Cleansing. I've been

getting 10.

Can someone please help me? I'd like to use these oils up before they go

bad - I bought them last year and have been so busy that soap making was put

on the back burner and now I'd like to try and get some made so I won't lose

my investment in the oils.

Thanks so much for your help!!

Feel free to email me privately at cmathews

Hugs,

Carla
