Question about limiting use of oils

Hello,

 

I have been reading here that you should not use the same oils day

after day for extended lengths of time. So, when you find an oil that

works, what do you do? I like to use lavender & eucalyptus in a small

fan diffuser at night when I go to bed. I run the diffuser for about

15-30 minutes (about 3 drops of each oil on the pad). It clears up my

head completely. For now I have been using it for a week, taking a

week off, using it for another week, etc. Which means I can breathe

well every other week. I know I could switch off to a different oil,

but I haven't found anything else that works nearly as well. What do

the rest of you do?

eucalyptus is an oil that if used continually can tax the kidneys.

 

there are other great decongestants - like sandalwood. lime is also

great & it is very safe.
