You can also develop sensitivities (or even allergic responses) to oils if you

overuse them. If you use a few different blends, and change back every so

often, there is a less chance of this sensitivity happening!

eucalyptus is an oil that if used continually can tax the kidneys.

 

there are other great decongestants - like sandalwood. lime is also

great & it is very safe.
