There is little chance of harm in diffusing the same oil over and over ..

the harm is frequent dermal application of the same oils .. it increases the

potential for sensitization because the immune system is constantly being

bombarded by the same chemical components. Frequency of use is as

important as dilution ratio when we're dealing with dermal application.

 

But .. you could get the same results using Rosemary, Cineole (Rosmarinus

officinalis) and especially any of the Carvacrol rich Oregano's .. plus

other combinations.
