Liquid soap~is it cut to make a foaming soap? Congrats Chris~

Hi Folks:

 

Quick question from the person that does not make soap. ;) If I wanted to

use a liquid soap in a foamer bottle....do I need to cut it with distilled water

to make it more liquid? Percentage?

 

That's all I need to know. Hope everyone had a safe and great Holiday

week-end!
