My husband remembered what worked for me… fresh green parsley

blended into orange juice … it works people ---let me state this is

based on how it works witch is grate ....not taste …

or you could use dandelion, or chickweed (I've tried the dandelion, but not

the chickweed.  I've been told by several diploma'd herbalists that

chickweed is awesome for fluid retention).  Dandelion is actually one that

spares the potassium in your body.  Some fluid pills deplete your

potassium.  However if you're doing parsley and any other juice, you could

probably throw a banana in the mix and make a smoothie.

And I love how Susun Weed describes chickweed: it grabs impurities in the cell,

and then it runs with them!

 

Ien in the Kootenays, who is much too busy growing, gathering and tincturing

herbs to be on the net much. The hawthorn just started blossoming, gotta

get them while they're fresh!
