Guest guest
hi i would like to know what i can do for my digestion. i take digestive enzymes but i would like to get off of them. if i dont take them i find every thing i eat seems to stay on my chest, like i need to belch all the time & the lower part of my stomach hurts.if i take enzymes i am fine. i eat pretty good, not all raw veggies but some. some cooked veggies like sweet potatoes, no processed foods or sweets. very little meats. maybe a liter of water per day. but i noticed if i have very little water per day, only a glass or two i dont feel too bad. years ago i used to drink allot on weekends but only have 4-5 beer nowadays, (maybe the drinking has screwed my digestion) anyway i would like some suggestions, there must be a way to fix this. thanks lar
Guest guest
First, I'd try bicarbonate of soda. That helps to get rid of some of the reflux and settles the tummy. If that isn't as helpful as it could be (and sometimes it doesn't work) I'd head for the strongest ingestible clay you can come across (I use Argiletz green clay). I take 1/2 teaspoon with some water and followed up by a cup of tea chaser, as I hate the taste of clay. As I am minus a gallbladder this works for me.
